The Medit i900 is a premium intraoral scanner that the manufacturer describes as "reinterpreting the scanning experience". Every detail is designed for excellence, clean design and seamless efficiency.

Light and compact

The Medit i900 weighs only 165 grams, making it lighter than a smartphone. The light weight minimizes hand fatigue during the scanning process. The diameter of the scanner is only 35 mm, which is thinner than a ping-pong ball, so it provides a comfortable grip for any hand size.

3rd generation optical engine

The improved optical engine features 10-bit imaging technology for unparalleled clarity and depth. The result is rich, vibrant colors and clear, accurate images that enable reliable diagnosis.

Extended field of view

Tips of different sizes

The Medit i900 is available in different sizes of tips (small, medium and large), so there is a suitable solution for every situation. (The small mountains are not part of the basic package.)

Full touch control

The Medit i900 forgoes the use of buttons and offers an innovative touch-driven experience. With the 360° touch ring, the scanner can be controlled from any angle. Simply double tap the ring to start or end a scan. To go to the next or previous scanning stage, swipe right or left.

Touch pad

The Medit i900 also has a touchpad, which can be used to navigate through the scan data, similar to smartphones. Rotating, zooming and panning are quick and easy.

Touch menu

Additional customizable functions are available by holding down the touch menu. This way you don't have to take off your gloves during scanning.

Greater depth of scanning

Thanks to the redesigned optical engine, there is less dead space and more detailed scanning of hard-to-reach areas such as liquids and soft tissues.

Optimized metal scanning

The Medit i900 is also excellent for scanning reflective surfaces such as metal restorations.

Enhanced hygiene

The Medit i900 has a number of hygiene features that ensure a clean and safe scanning environment. The one-piece, seamless cover is easy to clean. The tips are made of PPSU, which is also used to make baby bottles, so they are durable and safe. The tips can be autoclaved up to 150 times. The scanner also has UV-C disinfection technology.
